“Helping businesses use their content effectively”

An Associate Fellow with the Society for Technical Communication, I’ve spent 20 years in the Tech Comm field, leveraging my Anthropology graduate training in creative and useful ways.

I help companies solve their business content issues: improving workflow, choosing new tools, training, implementing social media strategies.

I've spoken to many many audiences, on topics from programming winhelp to identifying and solving the most common content issues. I'm fun, passionate, and excited about the field of communication.

Right now, I'm interested in what our users think about the content we are developing and how social media may be impacting that. I'm also interested in content as a business asset and what that means to a company and to our users.
